One lovely aspect of all of the Croyde and Georgeham local pubs is how inviting and welcoming they are! Not just the friendly faces of the bar staff but the atmospheres that the pubs create. On a wintery day, the fires are roaring, delicious wintery warmer foods are always on the menu and in the summer, the garden tables are busy with people enjoying the warm sunshine and drinking cold drinks and there is always great buzzy sunshine feeling.
The Thatch and The King’s Arms have some great local bands and musicians playing live as well as open mic sessions. When there is live music playing, the pub literally bursts at the seams with people enjoying themselves.
The Rock has an awesome menu and great beers and ciders and super dog-friendly.
But if you’re after watching some live Sport on the TV, both The Manor Inn and Billy Budd’s have sky sports. So grab a chair and hopefully, your team will win while you’re staying down in Croyde!
